Welcome to this Full Wash coffee from the Gayo Highlands in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. Produced by Gayo's Best Coffee, these beans are grown by a small number of families from 4 different villages in this outstanding coffee-growing region of Indonesia.
You will not be disappointed by this clean yet complex coffee, highlighted by layers of citrus, stone fruit, chocolate, and caramel.
We recommend using your preferred Manual Brew method to experience the best flavors from our Indonesian specialty coffees. Of additional importance for exceptional tastes, we recommend using filtered water brewed to 201 degrees Fahrenheit at a ratio ranging from 15 ml:1 gram to 18 ml:1 gram coffee
